GasNZ’s 2025 Annual Report published

1 October 2025

GasNZ’s annual report for the 2024-2025 year was published prior to this year’s AGM last month.

This year the non-financial version of the published report includes audited service performance measures relating to GasNZ’s activities for the year, reporting to members how GasNZ performed in relation to its stated objectives.

In the report, chief executive Jeffrey Clarke notes the ongoing work of GasNZ’s five technical committees, supporting the safe, efficient and effective operation of the gas industry.

“I want to personally thank all our members and their staff who generously volunteer their time.

“This annual report highlights some of their notable achievements from the past year.”

As the sector evolves, so too is GasNZ’s membership evolving,” Clarke noted.

“We recently welcomed our first Professional Services Provider associate members – a new class created to ensure we maintain closer links with industry professionals from outside our traditional member classes, such as engineering consultants, legal advisors, or environmental analysts, whose expertise will be essential to the transitions ahead.”
