Health & Safety at Work Amendment Bill 2026

The Bill aims to clarify requirements and simplify compliance, particularly for smaller businesses – with the end goal of reducing harm.  GasNZ supports those aims, but is concerned that some of the measures proposed will not achieve those aims – and indeed might achieve the opposite.
