Draft Fuel Strategy

The Draft Fuel Strategy has a broad vision and objective, but despite its title, it is narrow is scope – focussing on just three liquid fuels, without explaining why. It does not, for example, cover LPG (also a liquid fuel), or natural gas (a gaseous fuel which is arguably at the heart of New Zealand’s current fuel insecurity).
